City Council
The City Council is comprised of five members elected at large for overlapping terms of four years. The Massena City Council serves as the legislative body for Massena, overseeing the budget, local ordinances, and community development.

Held the 3rd Monday of the month at 5:30 pm.

Additional public meetings may be held upon call of the Mayor or upon the request of a majority of the Council.
Residents are always encouraged to attend and share their voices.
